6.1 Authorized Payments
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your Account. CODEPULSE accepts payments made through our authorized third-party payment processors (including major credit card networks, bank debit cards, App Store payment systems, etc.). You represent that you are the authorized holder of the chosen payment method and authorize us to charge the relevant fees.
6.2 Third-Party Processing
We utilize reputable third-party banking institutions and payment gateways to process transactions. We do not directly store your full credit card information. Your relationship with the payment processor is governed by that processor's terms and agreements.
6.3 Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering
To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and banking compliance requirements, we implement strict transaction monitoring measures:
Suspicious Activity Monitoring: We monitor all transactions to detect anomalous patterns, such as frequent large top-ups within a short period or payments from abnormal cross-border IPs.
Source of Funds Verification: In cases of suspected fraud or high-risk transactions, we reserve the right to require you to provide proof of identity (KYC) or proof of ownership of the payment method.
Prohibition of Third-Party Top-Ups: The use of unauthorized third-party top-up services is strictly prohibited. Such funding sources often involve credit card theft or money laundering; if discovered, we will deduct the relevant Virtual Currency and may ban the Account.
6.4 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute regarding payments made to us, we will consider this a serious material breach of this Agreement. Your Account will be immediately frozen until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to report such conduct to credit reporting agencies.
